Before booking a Gong Bath
Sound therapy can be very powerful & affect our bodies on a cellular level.
Most of the time people report feeling relaxed & a sense of physical & mental wellness.
Sometimes emotions can come to the surface & this too can be part of the experience.
However, there are times when Gong baths may not suitable.
These include for those with: Acute/Serious Mental illness or Addiction, Metal implants (including pacemaker), Tinnitus, Pregnancy & Epilepsy.
Before booking Somatic Movement &
Mindful Yoga
Somatic Movement & Mindful Yoga are safe & gentle practices.
However, if you have any physical or mental health condition/s
that currently require treatment or you are under a Care Provider/Doctor,
please make them aware of your intention to attend class
& ensure they are happy for you to participate.
All tickets are non refundable
(unless another person can take the place or exceptional circumstances are agreed to transfer the ticket to another event/course).
